Nos gustó demasiado el desayuno, mucha variedad y calidad, en cuanto a las habitaciones, el espacio para 3 personas estuvo increíble. Lo único malo es su conexión a internet, en toda mi estancia no tuve, en el piso 7.

Nice hotel with several amenities, however, the location is terrible, especially without a car. Pool could have also done with a good clean. The breakfast was free and lots of variety. Another issue is it’s over priced, €4 coke, €6 bottle of beer

We visited Milan in July, and the weather was very hot. The air conditioner barely worked, and every time we asked them to increase the AC because it was so hot, it didn’t help. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working, and the room was always full of steam. The location is excellent, close to Carrefour and the mall.

This hotel had an opportunity to make our stay amazing but decided that we didn't matter ,but I expected the Air Conditioning to work as it supposed to!!! We promised upon checking in that the ac was working properly and it needs time to cool down ,well 2 days later it never got any better, the food was decent but overpriced the hotel is a 50.00 dollar taxi ride from the train station and the downtown area as well. So to say that our experience was less than expected is an understatement. So be careful booking here it's a shame that the hotel did not follow through on their promises but I blame the Management team for that and the service was very under staffed so that explains the slow service and poor customer service.
